I have a question about my order. How can I reach Dr. Pinkleton?

First, please read through the following list to make sure your question isn't already answered here. Do not call her clinic. The staff there will not be able to answer your questions and they will not connect you to Dr. Pinkleton.


Why is calcium listed on the bottle? I thought people on the CP aren't supposed to take multivitamins containing calcium?!

That calcium is a part of the calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) compound. It has always been there and makes up less than 1% of your total daily value of calcium. New federal regulations require manufacturing companies to list all calcium on their labels separately from their compound which is why you are seeing it now.


Why is my order taking longer than usual to get to me?

The recent changes made to the USPS by its postmaster general have caused delays in shipping. Hopefully they'll be sorted out soon!

First, click here and enter your tracking number. If this does not reveal where your package is then please check to see if your country is on this list to make sure COVID-19 hasn't affected Dr. Pinkleton's ability to ship to you. If it has, expect a refund soon.


What if I didn't receive a tracking number?

You should have, from Squarespace. Please check your spam folder.


Can Dr. Pinkleton ship to my country via a different carrier?

First, contact FedEx or UPS to see if they'll ship from the United States to your country. If they will, then contact Dr. Pinkleton directly via WhatsApp to discuss this and set up a shipping payment. She can be reached at +1-571-230-0566. She will NOT answer direct calls from international numbers, only WhatsApp messages.
